Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

No Returns after 15 days of purchase

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Refunds will not be given on any items that have had a drop in price or were placed on sale.

Unwanted / Unused Merchandise

may be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in condition sold and in original sealed packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. A restocking fee will not be charged. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted and sent back.

Opened / Used Merchandise

may be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment. Repack the product and all accessories that accompanied the product. Returned products with missing accessories will NOT be accepted. Returns may be shipped via any carrier service as long as the package is traceable. Please keep a record of the tracking number in the event you must trace the package. A 15% restocking fee WILL be charged. Items after 15 days will NOT be accepted for return

Original shipping, handling, and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Defective Merchandise

can be exchanged for same or similar products if FUJIFILM is notified within 15 days from the date of shipment.
